Second one in a series of imagining my friends as witches. I was tested a little more this time around while attempting to draw pleats. Definitely some room for improvement but I had a lot of fun doing it.

I had a blast drawing one of my friends into a witch character with the magic system I’m making. I learnt a few things with this piece, mainly how to kind of make flat colour look good. Also that ferrets are hard to draw.

Finally after three years, I’m back to making for myself again! I felt the joy I used to feel creating pieces in high school, so hopefully this is the beginning of me falling back in love with drawing again.

My favourite project of the year. I had the opportunity to make a concept for Griffith Conservatorium. My work wasn’t chosen but I got a great portfolio piece out of the experience.
